With over a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy, my mission is to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the stillness that’s already within you.

What is the 365-Day Wellness Program?


It’s a guided year-long journey to help you feel better in your body, calm your mind, and heal from within — through daily yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions. You’ll receive a new session every single day for 365 days, designed to fit easily into your lifestyle.


Not at all! Whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s tried yoga before, this program is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way.

Each session ranges between 60 minutes, depending on the day’s focus. You can practice at your own pace, in your own space, anytime.


Just a yoga mat, a quiet space, and an open heart. Optional props like cushions, blankets, or blocks can enhance comfort — but they’re not required.

This is Canada’s first 365-day holistic wellness program blending yoga, meditation, and therapeutic sound healing. It’s crafted by Amandeep, a certified instructor and healer who’s trained in India and Nepal — with a heart full of purpose to help people live calmer, more connected lives.


At the end of your 14-day free challenge, you’ll have the option to continue by choosing a membership plan — 3-month, 6-month, or annual. You’ll get full access to the 365-day program immediately after joining.


Yes, in most cases. The sessions are designed to be gentle and accessible, with variations and modifications. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new movement-based practice.


No worries! Life happens. The sessions are available on-demand, so you can come back to them anytime. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistency and care.
