Amandeep began practicing yoga in 2019. What started as a personal exploration soon became a way of life. Her passion led her to complete 239-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, followed by years of devoted practice under experienced teachers. She later traveled to India for her meditation certification and to Nepal for advanced sound therapy training.

Though she once envisioned starting her wellness journey in India, her time in Canada revealed a deeper need — and a greater purpose.
Living here, Amandeep saw how fast-paced and isolating life can be.
